Remote working

• Outlook web access : remote access to your Outlook mailbox

• FTP : remote upload and download of files and documents
  Terminal Services allows users to connect to corporate networks remotely. Users can run applications from the network and access documents, mail boxes and other resources as if they were in the office. Many of our customers use this technology to provide remote users with access to databases and other useful business tools.
  Remote desktop allows users to connect directly to their office computer from home or on the road as if they were sitting in front of it. Our customers use this technology to provide staff with flexible working hours, home working, out-of-hours access to office resources and to reduce office rental costs.
  Microsoft Exchange Server (5.5, 2003 & 2008) provides remote users direct access to their Outlook mailbox via the web. This enables users to read and respond to their office emails around the clock and from any where in the world.
  Virtual Private Networking allows users remote access to data and documents on their corporate network. Unlike remote desktop, VPN does not allow users access to data and documents as if they were sitting in front of an office computer.
  FTP gives secure, password protected access to specific files and folders on a company network. Using an FTP client installed on their computer users can download, reference and edit documents any time. They're also able to upload documents to the network with ease.
